aku kan diet pake defisit kalori ya, aku tipe yg suka bgt makan jadi harus sering makan dengan porsi sedikit (200/300 kalori) nah saking seringnya ku makan adikku sampe heran dia tanya “kak katanya diet kok makan tross” kujawab lah makan terus aja ttp turun beratnya dek😂🤩
