Exercised again -- three days in a row so far, which is good for me. I increased my burned calories from 400 to 575 by adding free weights to my work out. The first 400 was all cardio on the treadmill. I look forward to daily exercise and know that in time I will see the changed on the outside; right now I feel the changes on the inside and it's great!

I had lunch at a thai restaurant and tried to figure out the nutrional information but never could find it. I had a dish with brown rice (vs. white or noodles), veggies and tofu. I have no idea what the nutritional value of the sauce was or what type of tofu it was but it wasn't fried. I've done my best to capture the rice and tofu in my food log but I'm not going to stress over what the calories may have been. I made good choices and I'm proud of that.
