I'm working on drinking 8 glasses of water today, and actually chewing my food. I have been drinking maybe a glass a day recently and like 2 cups of coffee. I also am a habitual scarfer. Bite, Chew, Chew, Swallow. No wonder my stomach is always bloated and I feel like crap:( So far so good! The last time I tried the whole chewing my food I didn't restrict at all but lost 10 lbs and felt no urge to overeat. Not sure how I fell of that wagon but that has to become a constant in my life, for my digestive system if nothing else. Good Luck All!
