I ate so much junk today. Long John Silvers, Dairy Queen and a Donut(ok, 1/2 of a glazed, but still). It makes me feel gross to eat fried foods yet every so often I do. I have a love affair with ice cream so I rarely feel guilt and the donut is a once in a while splurge. I don't know, I stayed under my max cals for the day but at the same time it makes me feel like I was just binging all day. I guess the better foods you give you body the better you feel. Days like this just remind me of that.
