Ok.....I want to be done eating today. Things went so well yesterday. Today is a different story. Riding my bike, doing what I can to burn off this sugar. Sugar is my downfall. Once I get a taste, sometimes just a smell, I can tumble. I realize a little is ok. I feel like I abuse sugar. Trying to recover. :/

I feel your pain. Sugar is my go to food when I'm stressed, and when I have a little I feel like I need to eat all of it - if only just to make it disappear so I'm not tempted (not a good idea!). Your calories don't look too bad today though, and so long as this event doesn't happen too often, it's okay to have an off day. (:

I had to give it up cold turkey. The second I taste it I can't stop. Going 21 days without chocolate or any other sweets, so putting a timeline has helped too. I hope you the best, I know this is something I struggle with too!

Those of us with addictive personalities cannot afford to take just one bite. We will not fall if we don't take that 1st bite! One bite is too many, and a 1000 are not enough, it never satisfies.

I have been on a weird diet (due to gallbladder issues and then surgery on jan 6th) I have not been able to handle chocolate and miss it to much, BUT did find snack pack chocolate pudding that I found if you freeze tastes like ice cream. And with it being so hard I find I CAN'T eat more then 2. Just thought I would share in the hopes it might help. good luck

My best sugar-diversion is sugar-free Werther's. The butter in them makes the sugar free part almost imperceptible. I just have one or two...not many calories even with the butter ingredient.
