30 minutes on the gazelle late in the day but will be up awhile watching the Olympics. Only at 948 calories for the day no way i can eat anything else.

Good work our! BTW - Wish I could be satisfied on 948calories. Are you saying you just aren't hungry?

I was stuffed and i'm trying to eat more to avoid that starvation reaction. I'm eating good foods with lots of nutrients, and try to track everything. I do have some things i made and froze before i started tracking again here that i don't have in my cookbook but have the calories written down in a notebook so I try to find something with a similar calorie count. Drank my morning smoothie on the way to the gym, did my errands was getting hungry so made the last stop then home by about 1 ate some lunch, a banana mid afternoon, and a late dinner about 7. Couldn't even think about eating any more. Probably drank at least a dozen 16 ounce glasses of water and my usual too much black coffee.

I think it might be that I don't eat much meat. even my chicken for dinner was about 3 oz cooked and had garbanzo beans cooked in the dish, the tamale pie I had for lunch had no meat but 2 kinds of beans instead. I have seen other people say on this forum that they switched to a mostly plant based diet that they also have trouble getting to 1200 calories. my protein is actually pretty high, it doesn't look that way on the tracker because it doesn't calculate complementary proteins.

12 16 oz glasses (192 oz) that appears to be roughly 5 Liters of water. It's a lot! lol

I drink water all day everyday. Had kidney infections when i was a teen doc had me drinking lots of water. Haven't had one since. It's just gotten to be a habit. I take ice water with me everywhere. I think that's why beer and wine are dangerous to me i drink them like i do water not really paying attention to how much i'm drinking LOL. Don't think i need to worry about drinking too much water i've been doing it for about 50 years. Hasn't killed me yet. :))

lol about the beer and the wine. If you are doing that for such a long time, then it's probably safe to say it's not doing you that bad heheh ;) I'm glad you beat your kidney infection!
