@Kenna, it was a big pile of lettuce mounded on the bottom, a really small avocado, tomatoes, some pepper rings, then plated the chicken salad on top. It was delicious and very light, but rich tasting...

Avocado is so good. I helped a friend recover avocados after the tree trimmers did their magic on her 60 year old avocado tree. We recovered about 250 just from the limbs that were cut down. They also did her orange tree and lemon trees. We will be trying to find good homes for all of that produce for a while.
