First weigh in and down 4 pounds and I admit, I moved the scale around my bathroom and stepped on it multiple times before I could believe the number. I'm very proud of myself and couldn't have done this without my pal, Stacey, and this virtual forum.

YAY! Good for you! Now, tell me WTF I am doing wrong? I know I am exercising hard every day because that witch Jillian Michaels and her 30-day Shred has me in pain! I don't think I am eating many more calories than you....must be the quality of my calories (which I know isn't great)? I don't think I actually gained a lb but rather my initial weigh in was a fluke low point but, in any case, I haven't lost so???

Thanks! I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Perhaps it's that your body is holding on at the moment because of the change with the exercise and adjustment and caloric intake. Our bodies go into "starvation mode" when there is a big change so maybe that's it..??? Just know that you're on track because you're tracking food, staying within a reasonable calorie intake and most of -- exercising!
