ini workout aku ya,,. 5 menit skipping... Non stop, kurleb 500-800 lompatan. 5 menit pemanasan, 2 video cardio chloe ting yang durasi masing" 10 menit . (Cardio/HIIT Cardio) 1 vidio chloe ting yg shredded abs durasi 30 menit. 1 video chloe ting yg lower abs durasi 10 menit 1 vidio caroline girvan yang arm workout 10-20 menit ( pake dumbbells 2 biji masing" 5 kilo & dumbbells 2 biji masing" 3 kilo) Push up 5 menit 3 set, bagi" lah sesanggup mana. Plank 5 menit 3 set bagi" la bbrp menit skali istrhat. Selesai.
