@Blankqui SB - I put a little olive oil in baking pan, sliced however much zucchini I want, put the zucchini in the pan, and brush/spray olive oil on top. Then I top with garlic powder, pepper, a few pinches of course salt, and parmigiana. I bake at 450 degrees on the bottom rack for 5 minutes and broil on the top rack for 3-5 minutes. Done! 😋

@joelilavois - probably around 170-250 calories depending on the size of the zucchini(s) and how much parmigiana you use. A little parm goes a long way. I use the 100% olive oil spray so I can keep my oil to under/around 2 tsp which helps keep the calories down. ☺️
