This weekend has been largely about attitude adjustment and getting into the mindset of eating better. I wasn't perfect, but I also didn't fill my cart with the chips and candy that were calling my name at the grocery store yesterday! :) And, while only a tiny amount, the scale went down not up. I have prepare myself to be in this for the long haul, stick with the program until I achieve my goal.
