A day of wine tasting yesterday! I was still able to keep the eating under control and was able squeeze in a modest workout at the gym before we headed out.
I have been having trouble getting into the mindset of this process. In the past, I have succeeded because I enjoy the game of beating the calorie balance each day. Perhaps starting right before the weekend was not the best timing as I can be much more regimented during the week. Thankfully, I have been getting a bit of exercise each day to balance things out.
I am off to make plans for meals for the week so I can have groceries on hand to eat well in the coming week.
