Yesterday was so easy, but today was more of a challenge. I got off on the wrong foot, eating half a muffin rather than the banana next to it on the counter. I didn't do too terribly, considering that I made myself get to the gym this afternoon, but I need to make better choices tomorrow.

I try to eat a banana every day. The potassium helps to curb my otherwise salt cravings in the evening. And since they're both electrolytes they compliment each other when i do have my cashews at the end of the day.LOL.
