I had a really solid week. I ate just about perfectly and exercised often. Week 2 weight loss is 2 lbs, a little light for the amount of work I put in but I lost 10lbs week 1 so I'm sure that had something to do with it. Anyway, I'll take two lbs weekly from here on out.
Yesterday had another great workout day, I think I was motivated by my weigh in today. Hope to hit the gym today at lunch time.
