Christiana's Journal, 12 January 2014

A little more than a pound down this morning. A little at a time, it all adds up in the end. I really did well yesterday. I had 3 chocolate covered pecans but even with that I would be under my RD1 of 1500. I have soup for dinner and did manage to eat it about 8pm last night.

Exercising went very well, I did a 30 minute kickboxing workout with Jillian Michaels. Then I turned on some fast beat music and did high intensity shadowboxing. Loved it. I'm a bit achy in my thighs and shoulders/back but its the good kind. This always happened when stating a new exercise routine. Using youtube as a resource I will be changing my routine frequently. Lots a different stuff and mixing it up will keep me from getting bored. Hopefully.

lol I got the Jillian Micheal's kickboxing dvd yesterday at the store!! Great minds think alike!! :) Your kicking my ass on the Exercise Sister!! I'm going to try doing a portion of the Kickboxing vid this week before work, when Jules is at school and Chris is at work....no distractions! And stay out of those pecans!! I haven't had even a taste of the lemon curd in the fridge, and it's one of my favorites! Keep on ROCKING IT Sister!

Congrat's--you are doing fabulous! I need some of your energy so can start exercising. I was supposed to start today and haven't so far. I've been on the computer and cleaning my daughter's room all day. Ugh, how did I let her room get that messy? I'm making her help me, but still--ugh! LOL.

So great on the exercising!!! I can't seem to get motivated for exercise...but I'm hoping being on this site helps me there. Keep hanging in there.

heya Chris...I started some moderate exercise this day as well..between walking my Labrador several times a day and cleaning , I also incorporated jogging in place for 15 minute intervals , 3x a day....gotta start somewhere...and with the back/spinal issues I am dealing with ...every little bit helps..keep up the good work...a lbs a day keeps the docs away :P
