Someone suggested eating 1/2 cup of cowpeas for lunch to help sleep while on low carb eating. Yesterday I had cooked spinach with the soup which had black eyed peas, ham and black beans. My weight was only up .1# today. Yesterday I missed church due to overslept. Never got out of my bedclothes all day. Slept well last night.
