I had an outstanding exercise day yesterday, lots of running… I ran 7mph on the treadmill for 30 minutes and than just decided to walk for another 40 minutes. Once I got home I was feeling really good and we have had a surprising break in our cold weather so I took my dog out for a 3 mile run.
My diet is still going well, It's looking like I will be down 2 maybe 3 lbs this week when I weigh in tomorrow. A lot less than last week but week two is sometimes that way. I plan to stay the course for a couple more weeks and than if necessary make some changes.

Thanks guys, I gotta get it in when I can. Minnesota weather doesn't allow us to get out much. I think my dog appreciated it, poor guy has been couped up for months.
