I've never heard of hemp hearts but it all looks and sounds delicious. I live fruit & nuts in my chicken salad too😋

Hemp hearts are great! The kinda taste like a cross between walnuts and pumpkin seeds. They are full of omega 3s & other great nutrients. I get mine at Costco!
