Well I was able to keep my snacking at bay today. :) I didn't do much exercise today other than a little over an hour on the treadmill. I have joined and started a few challenges so hopefully they will help me to stay on track. I know that I can do it I just have to stay positive and remember that I am doing this for my future,my long healthy future.
