A year ago I weighed 258 and I decided that I wanted to lose weight to live a longer healthier life.In the last year I have lost 52lbs. I have been trying to eat in moderation and exercise daily. It is not always easy to do but I try my best. I know that the weight is not going to come off overnight and am willing to give it my all and lose weight. I am considered morbidly obese and would like to be considered healthy instead.
