Holla warga FS .. mohon info kalau hanya defisit kalori 200 kal / hari tetapi tetap makan sesuai BMR atau lebih, dan tetap dibawah TDEE tanpa Workout apakah tetap efektif utk Fatloss? Mohon pencerahannya 🙏🏻
