I find that I am in major need of sweets during the night. All I bought yesterday was sugar, and more sugar, ice cream, and peanut butter when I went to the grocery store.
I need to start planning out my menus for a week. I better kept track of what I was eating. I actually followed a program by Runner's World. It was a good program, until they ended it. I kept me on track for a year. I lost 100 pounds during that year.
Alas, I have gained all the weight back, besides 14 pounds. It's quite sad.
I better get my pen out. Or better yet, my keyboard to plan things out. lol
