6 weeks more of braces to keep spine stabilized (a cautionary thing) and to heal fully. Swollen and bruising is significant. Modified stretches and light walks, only. I can make the best of it by watching calories in and it’s easy because I’ve been maintaining really well. I know the RDI to keep maintaining. Stitches will dissolve on their own but look good. Fairly superficial. Overall, doing just fine.
Tonight will be baked pork and rice dish. Side of veggies.
