Sebenernya ga ada tipss yg lebih sih cuma defisit kalori aja (makannya pun harus di atas BMR)
Olahraga nya juga cuma joging sama jalan santai aja itupun 3-5 kali seminggu,kalo workout sih dulu sering ngikutin Chloe Ting ( tapi sekarang dah jarang banget wkwk)....
