Day one down and out. I did really good yesterday. Need to stay focused and ready to battle. Was a little hungry at times yesterday and tempted to eat more carbs but resisted and made it through. Kind of like when I quit smoking just ignore the urge and it passes. Have to drink more water, clean off treadmill and start walking today. I well weigh in again on Thursday I think every 4 days should be good to start. I have dreams of being thinner. Stand Strong Deanna you can do this. You well feel so much better inside and out.
