I have a lot going against me age,amount I need to lose,herniated disk. But I am at the point where I can't stand to look at myself anymore. I need to do this for myself to feel better and to help me heal inside and out. I can do this. I have to resist my sweet tooth and the fact that I love all the things that have high carbs. I want to start walking for at least a 1/2 hour a day to start it is hard on my back but it is about my only exercise option at this time.
