I have a shaker filled with Costco no salt organic seasoning and some panko flakes that I sprinkle on and then mist with grapeseed oil.

Thank you! Is the reason that you use an air fryer so that you don't cook them in a pot full of oil? Would the oven cook the same? I do think that it's great to have an air fryer and I did think about it but for our family I came to the conclusion that it's not practical. I am just curious. I might just have to try your way of preparing it.
