Looks like something we really have in common, I am not one who actually looks forward to working out but these days I'm using the end goal to motivate me. I know you can do it...good luck!

I had been out of town the beginning of the week. So I didn't start exercising until Thurs. But, I plan to today & tomorrow as well. Since I plan to eventually do a 5K I jog/walk outside unless there is extreme circumstances. Keep Up the good work LadyBea40!!!!
