So I Actually started the smash fat the 11th and did good up until the 15th. It was because i had a friend come into to town and She was suppose to be my diet partner and we went to the olive garden. And its my fiances birthday yesterday, so i had a suprise party with ribs and cresent rolls and cake...So there goes that day and sunday i did good untill dinner i had mashed potatoes and prime rib. Getting over meat seems to be hard for me! I dont know why. I was a vegetarian for like 7 years!!! WTF! But today I'm starting anew.. and I have good motivation.. i'm getting marriend jan 29th in st lucia. I will be in a bikini for 10 days...so no more flub,chunk, chub, or flab!! I'm going to stay strong and do it!
