OOH the day of today... I have realized that where I am is unacceptable and gross. So for the next 30 days I will focus on my fitness and health! I know that I will make fitness key and diet paramount. I am also starting a cleanse probably tomorrow, it just depends on my order and when it all gets here

I feel like it is just water weight but i'm still working hard..and working out when i can and eating healthy i did eat some carbs yesterday though so that isn't exactly productive!but i will do it!

January 4th doing very well have stuck to it! I have been doing cardio every day and working hard to not drink!! Also coffee is a tuff one so i figure that i'm allowed one cup a day with milk and splenda! so it works..but i'm inching closer to my wedding date and all i can think about are my swim suits and how i hope they fit..and this is the do or die time i have been dreading.but i know that i have the determination to be skinny and toned and healthy! so i get my ass outta bed every morning and go to the gym! If i dont do this i will have alot of regret for not trying at least! this is my one and only wedding.. i know that i can be who i want and what size i want.. so when i weight in on the 12th i will hope that everything that i wanted will have come true.. i will be down 10lbs with 11 days to get ready for the beach! but if its not what i wanted then 5 more days of phase one! and i ordered a swim suit and its suppose to be here by the 17th so when it get tryed on it better work!!!....

Well i fell off the wagon..and now with 23 days until i get married starting jan 2 i will be back to fat smashing. but in the mean time iam just staying very active running 2 miles a day and still doing more cardio.. i figure that it wouldn't hurt and if i'm not doing one the least i can do is the other!!!
