A lil rant, but a genuine question: orang2 yg posting "aDuH mAkAn KeLeWaT bAtAs, ChEaT dAy DeH :(((" terus nunjukin statistik konsumsinya dan masih <1000kcal, isi pikirannya apa sih 😭😭

aku kdg bingungg tp kalo makan udh kenyang bgt kalori misalnya 800-900... itu ak yg salah input apa gmn ya... kalo gorengan input minyaknya juga apa cari aja sih? tanpa input minyak, soalnya kan minyak kalorinya tinggi bgt.. misal ayam goreng kita input ayam goreng ae apa ayam+minyak? bingung,beda kalorinya........ ku udh 2mgg an keknya naik turun pdhl perut suka kenyang
