YAY Trash Day! Hardly moving, but I'm dressed and I will be taking a "lunch" break OUT as it's happy hour at Starbuck's today.
Night 10 on Lyrica!!! Still not seeing any improvement in sleeping, or pain reduction, but...
10:15 - pill - Thieves oil in diffuser, fresh linens, last of the White Flower ointment on low back & L hip, Biofreeze on R ankle & TOES, Sleep lotion on chest and forearms, green salve on R hip.
12:40 - bed - HEADACHE! (Is the Biofreeze messing with my BP already?) 1:45 - R Hip, L Knee,& TOES! 3:45 - L Knee, CALVES & TOES! Straighten bed linens. 7:25 to 8:50 resetting the alarm and Missy. Just fighting the pain and trying to stay in bed. Both hips, pelvis, and R knee.
