This empty cup once contained a Heath Blizzard! it was wonderful, but not 600 calories wonderful for a small. Yikes! Anyway, After my calories were used for the day, I had an unexpected opportunity to meet a friend last night for a treat. We also included a little stroll along a lazy river. It was so wonderful to get out even though we stayed distant and wore masks. I could almost imagine life was normal.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a beautiful trail to walk, especially with a friend. Ain't nothing wrong with a small Blizzard every now and then... ENJOY!!!
