Some flowers for your Sunday! I had a great 8 mile walk/run/hike last last evening! The forest was amazingly peaceful and quiet... not a soul did I see for miles. Sadly, the light was too dim for pictures. The sun is shining this morning! My family is safe! I have many blessings!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
