Less loss than I wanted today, but still a loss! Cravings are gone for the most part, and I don't seem to be hungry between meals. Been tempted to cheat, but holding strong so far!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good for you for staying strong! If you get nibbly, grab a couple of radishes or celery sticks. They're super low in cals but fill that urge to nosh!
