So today I got frustrated at work and ate 2 twix bars one after the other. Fool, but it pretty must sums up my over eating.
Tomorrow I deploy the dieting secret weapon: eating breakfast before leaving the house and taking neither cards nor cash. I'd never borrow money for diet breaking foods.
