Another good day. Just starting out its easy to be motivated. The weekend will be more of a challenge as there'll be social activities with plenty of food and alcohol but I'll deal with it.

13:24 (UK) Just bought some bathroom scales so tonight we'll find out what I actually weight. Hopefully less than my initial guess....
21:04 (UK) So I've weighed in and it looks as though I guessed about right with 105kg. I actually weigh 104.8kg. So I've a BMI of 32.4 percent and am officially obese. Now to see how long it takes to hit overweight.

Today counts as a good day. I'm in Ornish’s 10% to 20% fat range, I've eaten 5 fruit and veg servings, no snacks and no bad foods.
30 mins watching Netflix Buffy while stepping on and off my bottom stair completes a good work. Feet up and be lazy time now, my knees deserve a rest.

So today I got frustrated at work and ate 2 twix bars one after the other. Fool, but it pretty must sums up my over eating.
Tomorrow I deploy the dieting secret weapon: eating breakfast before leaving the house and taking neither cards nor cash. I'd never borrow money for diet breaking foods.
