I am really sticking with it and feeling good about it. I know I will eventually get where I want to be but the more I go along I do know it is not about a magic number. It is about how I feel and where I am happy at. I am feeling great, but do want to shed at least 10 - 20 more pounds...at least that is what I am thinking right now. DH is already dreaming of pig out in the park and I am already trying to pre-plan...lol. I looked at the foods and I know I can get a burger (no bun) and I know i can get some gumbo (small cup) and I know I can get a weinee wrapped in bacon...so I should be good to go. On the upside we will get in some good walking.
Yesterday DH asked me why I was working out like crazy. I told him that a couple of things...I have this challenge to do 15 miles a week (which is not a lot) but if I do not get anything in on the weekend it commits me to 3 miles a day and if I miss a day (like Tuesday) then it means I have to work hard the rest of the days. I told him the other thing is I ask myself am I doing enough and I haven't been...so I am trying to improve on that.
