One of my favorite go-to quick and easy dinners: Trader Joe's pork potstickers!! I previously lived in China for 4 years, and these potstickers are one of the tastier kind, out of all the frozen varieties you can find. I added 5 oz of sautéed spinach with chopped garlic- all together 303 calories, 14 g protein (I honestly have no idea how they keep these potstickers so low calorie... but you can really fill up on them!)

Agree, those are tasty. and, while i am not a teacher, my ex-wife and my wife are both teachers, and come from a teaching family.
