POWENCH's Journal, 16 October 2008

Well according to my home scales this morning, my vacation may not have been as big a negative influence as originally thought. I am only using my Officius WW weight in for tracking on this site. I do however know the calculated difference between my scale and their's and it has been pretty consistant over the past few months. My scale this morning had me back down to my pre-vacation weight. I was so happy about that as I have to leave again on Saturday for a week long work related trip. The Food Factor on this trip should be a bit easier to control, but my exercise may be limited, so I had been preparing myself for October to be a disappointing month weight loss wise. However I just might make the grade in my bad fashion Madonna costume for Halloween. Heheheheheh~!
