i've been maintaining for 3 weeks - been off the HCG drops. Now i'm back on them doing my 2 'loading' days. I hope I can lose another 20-30 pounds on this 3 week & 2 day trek. We'll see.
I've spent the afternoon cooking again, that's the real down side for me on this diet. I work long hours all week and so i end up cooking all day on Sat so that i have diet food on hand. This helps me to not skip meals and then go looking for carbs.
