@keziaellennatasha below is a quick summary of how I make yogurt:
1. Heat up whole milk on stove
2. Let it cool for roughly 20mins
3. Add 1tbsp of leftover yogurt & gently stir
4. Pour milk into jars & incubate for 8hrs
5. Then fridge to cool and set
I’ve played around with different types of milk & various incubation timeframe as well. Hope this helps!
