I've come to the conclusion that losing weight cannot be a priority while working 11.5 and 12.5 hours a day. I thought thinking this way would be an excuse but I feel relieved that I can focus on sleeping and keeping my house clean. I'm going to attempt not to gain any weight and get daily activity in. My weight goals just aren't the biggest thing in my life right now.

Diet Calendar Entries for 27 May 2020:
1995 kcal Fat: 73.15g | Prot: 101.54g | Carb: 244.80g.   Breakfast: Wawa Turkey Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissant,  Strawberries , Kellogg's Special K Protein Cinnamon Brown Sugar Crunch, Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries, Wegmans Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt. Lunch:  Feta Cheese ,  Spinach , Cherry Tomatoes, StarKist Foods Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Barilla Enriched Elbow Macaroni Pasta, Olive Oil, Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Feta Cheese ,  Cherry Tomatoes, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Angel Hair Pasta,  Olive Oil , Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: AMP Energy Zero Watermelon, Nuts 'N More Salted Caramel,  Gala Apples. more...

Just me thinking again.... if you’re so busy maybe you’re burning more calories than you think?

Even then, to think about calories on top of all of my work is a headache and adds to the stress which means more cortisol and therefore WEIGHT GAIN AND STRESS EATING AND SADNESS

Sorry I disagree! Ultimately I’m betting we reach our goals but WE never thought we’d be here Right? Too much work, too much weight, stress ya! ETC. But we are learning little by little and WE have tomorrow. Rest easy and do your BEST on the days you can! Go girl! 😇😎
