A bit of sunshine from my garden this morning.
144.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wifey, you’re only as old as you feel!! Take me for ex.. I’m turning 36 in July, but I stopped counting after I hit 29, so who even cares. 😝

salty, in that case, I’m 29 too! ☺️ Turned 46 on May 9th. Weird though, how do I have a 21 year old daughter and son who is 18???? 🤪🤪🤪🤪
