End of Week update (first week of reopening stage 2) Average calories 1700 Average weight 110 Today was 107.4 which is an all time low. I started the week with overeating and then cut carbs radically and ran with that for a few days so this is a lot of waterloss I think. Should be seeing it go up a big as I increase my carbs (and therefor also food). But it is all good. And at this weight you really do get a flat stomach LOL. Did my exercises and used some of my eclectic weight selections. All my leg exercising done for today, gang. Plan on a walk in the sunshine with my husband next.

That makes sense Silkian. These are made on averages. I did not think about that. Peeper ... hmmm abs... always a project of mine but they are not there. Sometimes I look in mirror and think: that must be an ab!!!!!... but it is likely just a skin fold. LOL Thanks all. That was a helpful discussion

Congrats on your lowest! I’ve been attempting a bulk not really knowing what I’m doing but today is the start of cutting back again thank goodness. I don’t like my mirror right now!!!!
