Hi, thank you for the welcome.
This is a stir fry with turkey, bell pepper, and shirataki noodles. Serving is about 400 cals. I eat only once a day and since I switched to shirataki, my performance is about 6,5 kg a month.
I was 103 kg in feb 2020.
