Ugh!!!
The last couple of day's I have had high calories :(
No over what I have been allotted but still higher then I have been keeping it.Today is Saturday July 13th and I am going to get myself back on track,I have came too damn far to crash and burn ...

You can do it Angie. Grit your teeth and make a resolution. Stay out of the Dr Pepper. Don't let Tim undermine your progress, he loves to see you fat. Think of how much better you feel and look in the mirror. Your eyes aren't nearly as dark and your clothes are starting to get real baggy. Give me a call if you need encouragement. Maybe we can do something to get out of the house and away from the temptations.
