i used to be too! Here are some tips: 1. throw out the unhealthy food in ur house 2. don't have food in front of u all the time 3. only eat when hungry 4. instead of saying, "i can't eat that" say "I don't eat that" 5. think about what u want more: that cookie or a healthy body? 6. drink more water 7. eat more protein

Ive always had this problem too, all the tips above have helped me as well. Something else i try to do is just find healthier option for the comfort food i love. Cauliflower crust pizza, vegan mac n cheese and kale chips are some of my favourites. Lower calorie and more nutritious but also don’t restrict you from the foods you love!

hey, so i used to be the same! generally what I’ll do is I make sure I have all the fuel needed for the day as I feel it minimizes cravings. if i find myself eating because of stress, i’ll chew gum or drink a tea or bubly (sparkling water drink). Hopefully this helps!

I started with weight training and Karate, I find they are great at reducing stress. Or I throw on my favorite song and dance my craving off.

Honestly I would love to help you out. I was in the same boat years ago when I lost my dad. I went down some rabbit holes I’m not proud of. But I found a way to to be happy and get back in shape. If you would like. DM me over on Instagram and we can have a friendly chat. @jamie.colledan2.0

Honestly, I do walking in the neighborhood when there’s a craving for food. Slow walk is fine the goal is to fight craving not to burn a lot of fat. Once you build up some lean muscle while slow walk, it will increase your chance for fat loss since your body is used to use storage fat for energy instead of taking in calorie for energy ( craving food) all the time. Hope this helps.

Change your environment change your habits. That's how to quit any major addiction. When I feel stressed and want to hit the bottle, I go outside for a walk where I can't drink, eat chocolate AND I'm getting fresh air and exercise. Also, if you take a really unflattering photo of yourself and post it in a place where you get most cravings... you'll see that by treating your body poorly will have you looking like crap. Works for me !
