Well, after yesterday's whiney vent, I mentally slapped myself and got up to make things for myself (I say that with full knowledge that my husband will eat everything not nailed down). It was snowing, so other then playing with the dog, not much to do outside. So, I made Keto banana muffins, crackers and peanut butter fluff. Breakfast is the hardest meal for me, I cannot do eggs every day! So, now I can choose. I made lamb shanks and cauliflower mash for dinner, no recipe, it was premade. Epicurious makes them, if you dont use the sauce, its 3 carbs a shank. They are very good and I get them at BJs. Totally worth the price. Today 55 degrees, so back outside. Wed through Sun - Rain (hopefully no more snow). When that happens I will go back to sewing masks. Have no desire to just sit and watch TV anymore. I play with Cooper 2x a day without fail, he's 4 and a handful if not exercised. We have a few acres, so I get exercise playing with him too. However, I refuse to play in the rain. That makes for a creaky him for me and one very smelly wet dog 🤣. I'll have to figure some other way to expend his energy. Take care everyone!! 😷
