Just let me get it out there that I screwed up pretty badly Sunday night. I did that fridge in the middle of the night to sneek food. Oh well, yesterday was another day, and today will be better. I need to remember that it is only a failure if I don't start again. The good thing is I am not up any weight.

Exacty....it's only failure if you give up. Like my quote says: "You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there." I found that the best way for me to stop raiding the kitchen, is #1, not have the crap in there - not too easy when I have some stuff for my son. Luckily, we like a lot of different things, so even junk food for him I don't like. My test will be Halloween! LOL. Anyway....back to what I was saying, #2 way to stop me from raiding the kitchen....I put up inspirational sayings (well, inspirational to me). Like one I got from a different member: "Kitchen pickers wear bigger knickers!" I just love it!!! You'll do better tomorrow! I know you can do it - don't give up!

Exactly. Don't you give up on us, we won't let you ;) Today is another day. Pull yourself back up and make sure you eat wel during the day to help prevent htosee midnight munchies :D

I agree with Jade, I try not to have the food I want to avoid in the house, plus have "good" snacks for the midnight fridge trips: mixed nuts, PhillySwirl popsicles (0 net carbs!), boiled eggs, cold chicken, SF jello, try planning ahead, I know the fridge trips happen ocassionally, so instead of denying it, I plan ahead.

That is exactly what I'm going to have to do and tell everyone else whatever they bring in they better use or its going out.

I'm glad to see you have a good attitude about messing up. That getting back into it thing is the thing that will make you succeed!

Everyone messes up from time to time. The important thing is that you get right back on the plan. It gets easier as you practice and this definitely takes practice.
